These terms govern access to the Dark Operation informational website operated by Bramblewood Inc. Dark Operation is an in-development skill-based mobile game; separate end-user terms may be introduced for the released app and any future online services.

By accessing this website operated by Bramblewood Inc, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply only to this website and its current content. They do not create a license to use an unreleased game build, an account, a paid service, or any feature that is not offered here.
About Dark Operation
Dark Operation is being developed for iOS and Android. The website presents the game's intended concept, visual direction, gameplay loop, and development status.
The site does not currently provide a game download, store listing, user account, purchase flow, payment feature, or in-app service.
Skill-based gameplay
The current game concept is based on player observation, timing, decision-making, and recovery. Players enter an abandoned area, avoid rotating searchlights and patrolling enemies, locate a mission objective within a limited time, secure it, and reach extraction.
Performance is intended to be assessed using factors including completion time and number of detections. These descriptions explain the planned gameplay and do not promise a particular score, result, difficulty, release feature, or competitive outcome.
The game is described as skill-based because player decisions and performance influence the mission result. This description is not a legal conclusion about any jurisdiction or regulatory category.
Development status and changes
The game remains in development. Artwork, interfaces, mechanics, platform support, session length, ratings, and other features may be revised, removed, or replaced as development continues.
